Earlier this week I posted about Backyard Bill and promised I’d share some of my favorites, having recently redone my links page. That said, I’d like to introduce you to Nova Style by Jillian Hobbs. I first met Jillian randomly over some noodles in Nolita and was started to check out her blog. She manages to find images and editorials I don’t see anywhere else on the web—not even on tumblr. Aside from the content, the layout is so inviting, clean and easy. There’s nothing worse than a blog with a terrible layout, blech. Take a look at Nova Style, add it your RSS and give her a follow here on tumblr as well.

I’ve been remiss in my internet duties as of late…that is to say, I haven’t been wasting my hours looking at pretty pictures. Today, after some research I took a couple hours to catch up on my favorites of the internet. I visit all the usual sites but am always particularly impressed by Backyard Bill. It was first introduced to me by Amanda, who seems to have a knack for finding the greatest of the web. If you’ve got a moment, take a look. I’ll also be sharing some of my other, perhaps lesser known favorites in the next coming weeks. After all, there are a lot of blogs out there and some of them deserve to be read.
