Like your post suggests, I think he'd lack Bela Lugosi's obviousness: I imagine jet black hair slicked back, almost snow white skin, and devilishly handsome male model looks. A long black coat with the collar popped too, natch. Could pass for a human but would have a certain irresistible je ne sais quoi that made him so other. You?
